Lucy Electric is pleased to announce the publication of its latest Corporate & Social Responsibility (CSR) Report, highlighting the company’s global commitment to delivering genuine, measurable social value.

Rooted in our People, Planet, Progress framework, our CSR programme places long-term impact at the centre of our business strategy. Rather than focusing on one-off initiatives, we prioritise sustained partnerships with communities, schools, charities, and environmental organisations around the world, ensuring our efforts deliver meaningful and lasting outcomes.

A Culture of Active Volunteering

Volunteering is a key priority at Lucy Electric. Every employee is provided with two dedicated volunteering days per year, reinforcing our belief that social value is best delivered through consistent action rather than isolated donations.

This structured commitment empowers colleagues across our global locations to support local schools, charities, conservation projects and community initiatives. It also ensures our CSR activities remain locally relevant, culturally aware, and genuinely impactful.

Delivering Tangible Impact

In 2025 alone, Lucy Electric delivered 141 CSR projects globally, spanning education, community wellbeing and environmental stewardship.

Our approach is guided by ISO 26000 principles and aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Progress is measured year-on-year and reported centrally, ensuring transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.
