Come and see us at African Utility Week, 14 – 16 May, Cape Town, South Africa
Lucy Electric will be exhibiting at the 19th annual African Utility Week. Attended by over 10,000 decision makers, the event is Africa’s leading conference and trade exhibition for power, energy and water professionals.
This year the event has been expanded to include POWERGEN Africa, focusing on Generation (including renewables, off grid, fossil fuels and nuclear) while still concentrating on transmission and distribution (including metering), new technologies (including storage, mini grids, micro grids, IOT and ICT systems) and water.
Come and visit us at stand C18 where we will be showcasing the most recent addition to our Aegis Ring Main Unit range, the Aegis 36 kV. Ideally suited to renewable connections, the unit boasts a number of new features, which we will be highlighting at the show.
These include extensible and non-extensible formats; a range of metering units to enable customers to measure power output; and an outdoor cable in/out circuit breaker unit specifically designed for wind farms applications.
Delegates can also find out more about our world leading Lucy Electric GridKey low voltage monitoring system and our Gemini Mini Remote Terminal Unit (RTU). The Gemini Mini provides a more secure and resilient solution for monitoring and control of medium voltage switchgear, while offering similar functionality and comparable cost to programmable logic control (PLC) units.
